Suffolk Singers head south for an overnight tour over the early May Bank holiday weekend. Our itinerary takes us first to Arundel in West Sussex where we’ll give an afternoon recital (3.00 to 3.45pm) on Saturday May 4th in the magnificent Cathedral of Our Lady and Saint Philip Howard.  On Sunday 5th May, we make our way to the southern outskirts of Winchester to the remarkable Hospital of St. Cross, to give a recital in its imposing Church from 2.30 to 3.15pm.  We invite you to join us on either or both occasions for a concert of joyful and soothing songs and sacred anthems, sung a cappella under the leadership of our Musical Director, Claire Weston. Admission to these recitals is free with retiring collections respectively in aid of Arundel Cathedral or the Hospital of St. Cross.
